Before You Book

To honor the time and intention within this space, a small deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your session.

All sales are final.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.

When notice is given within this timeframe, sessions may be rescheduled based on availability, typically for the following week or the next closest opening.

If your selected time is unavailable, we will work together to find the nearest suitable alternative.

Consistency & Scheduling Respect

After three consecutive cancellations, future bookings may no longer be accommodated. This helps maintain the integrity, flow, and availability of the space for all clients.

Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

No-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit and session.
